Privacy policy

DeTrade Fund (the “Company”, “DeTrade”) is seated in Panama City, Republic of Panama. This policy applies to the Website (https://detrade.fund), the App (https://app.detrade.fund), and the Oracle (https://oracle.detrade.fund) (together, the “Surfaces”).

The Company does not collect civil identity, contact details, or Know Your Customer documents. The Company does not operate any measurement or tracking tool on the Surfaces. When a User accepts the Terms in the App, the Company records that acceptance, as described below.

1. Data retained

Upon signature of the Terms, the Company stores the public wallet address, the Terms version, the signed message, the signature, and the timestamp, solely in order to evidence which wallet accepted which version.

The Company does not collect names, identity documents, email addresses, or any other civil-identity data as part of the Service, and does not maintain an account file of that kind.

A copy of the acceptance may also remain in local storage on the User’s device. Clearing that device does not erase the Company’s record.

2. Data not collected

The Company does not load a third-party measurement script and does not set a tracking cookie. The Company will never request a seed phrase or a private key.

Correspondence that a User initiates (including by email) is seen by the Company as a result of that initiative, not as data collected through the App.

Public blockchains, ordinary hosting logs, and third-party wallet-connection software operate independently of the Company and do not constitute a DeTrade account.

3. Place, retention, and amendments

The Company operates from Panama City, Republic of Panama. Hosting of the Surfaces may take place outside Panama. On-chain data is outside the Company’s control and is not deleted by the Company.

A Terms acceptance is retained for as long as it is required to evidence the agreement, and for as long as a legal obligation requires.
